How your workspace is isolated

Every tenant on Classory is a separate workspace. Isolation is built into the data layer, not bolted on.

Every workspace has its own subdomain, or a fully custom domain.
Every database record is partitioned by the workspace id, and files are stored under a per-workspace path.
A login token is bound to one workspace and is rejected on any other workspace.
Admin and student sessions use separate, app-scoped cookies.
Video plays through per-user signed, time-limited playback URLs, with a dynamic watermark carrying the viewer's identity, streamed over a CDN up to 4K.
Classory runs on AWS serverless infrastructure with a global CDN. Video is delivered through Bunny.net's CDN.
The engineering team gets automated alerts when a service errors.

What happens as you grow

There is no per-student fee. Plans are sized by how many learners are online at the same time, not by how many are enrolled. Each plan can be metered above its included figure, and overage is pay-as-you-go from a prepaid wallet.

Payments and billing

Pricing tiers are on the Pricing page. Here is how billing itself works.

Prices are in rupees, with GST invoices.
Payment methods are UPI and cards, through Razorpay.
The launch price is locked for 12 months from signup, while the launch offer is open (the launch offer ends 31 Dec 2026).
0% platform commission when you connect your own Razorpay account.
A flat 5% managed-gateway option if you don't have a Razorpay account yet.
No setup fee and no branding fee.

Support and who runs Classory

Classory is a product, not an anonymous vendor.

Classory is built and operated by Incrix, in India.
Email support at hello@classory.app, with a reply within a business day.
Priority email support on the Pro and Academy plans.
Community support on the Hobby plan.

Your data

Your data is yours. There is no exit fee. On request, Classory provides a full export of your student list, course content and sales records.

What Classory does not do yet

This is a short, honest list. If one of these is a dealbreaker today, better to know now.

Single sign-on (SAML / OIDC) for workspaces
A public API and webhooks for customer integrations (no CRM, Zapier or marketing-automation connectors)
Exam proctoring add-on (in development)
Payments outside India (Razorpay and rupee billing only)
One-click migration import from another LMS (student and course import is assisted, not self-serve)
Native iOS / Android apps (web app only)
