This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Classory is a multi-tenant platform — each workspace owns its own data, and we process it only to run the service.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, workspace domain) and content you upload — courses, videos, files, exam data. We also collect basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide and improve the platform, authenticate you, process payments, send transactional email, and keep workspaces isolated and secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use student content to train models without explicit opt-in.
Sharing & processors
We share data only with the sub-processors required to run the service — cloud hosting, payment (Razorpay), email (SES) and video delivery (Bunny.net). Each is bound by data-processing terms.
Workspace isolation
Every tenant’s data is partitioned and access-controlled. Workspace admins control their members and content; Classory staff access data only to provide support or as required by law.
Retention & deletion
We keep data while your workspace is active. Deleted items move to trash and are purged after the retention window. You can export or request deletion of your workspace data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us and we’ll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
