A corporate training LMS for India: cohort batches, live classrooms, CodeLoop for technical upskilling, and an AI assistant, on your own branded domain.
A corporate training or upskilling programme usually runs as a cohort of employees moving through the same material on roughly the same schedule, with a mix of live sessions and self-paced work in between. A learning and development team wants this on the company's own branded domain, wants to see who has actually completed what, and, for technical programmes, wants a way for employees to write and run code rather than only watch a recording.
Cohort batches let a training team enrol a group and move them through material together, with completion tracking they can report back on. Live classrooms need recordings so employees in different time zones or shifts are not forced to attend live. For a technical upskilling track, a proper coding environment matters, with problems that grade themselves rather than requiring an instructor to review every submission by hand. Branding on the company's own domain matters for a programme presented as internal, not a generic third-party tool. Larger organisations also tend to ask early about single sign-on and API access for their existing systems.
Classory covers cohort and weekly-drip batches with enrolment caps and completion certificates, live classrooms with recordings, threaded discussion and inline materials, and learning paths that chain courses into a roadmap with gated prerequisites, useful for a multi-stage upskilling programme. CodeLoop gives a technical programme an in-browser coding IDE with autograded problems and projects, a practice library, XP and leaderboards, and placement-readiness tracking, without needing employees to install anything locally. Clay, the built-in AI assistant, answers routine questions from employees around the clock and can help write and explain code. Every workspace runs on its own branded subdomain or a fully custom domain, with the company's own logo, colours and branded login.
Progress and completion are tracked per employee within a cohort, and the gamification layer (streaks, brain games, XP and leaderboards) is available if a training team wants a lighter, more game-like layer on top of a mandatory programme rather than relying on completion tracking alone.
Classory does not yet offer single sign-on (SAML or OIDC), so an organisation whose access policy requires SSO for any internal tool should confirm that is acceptable before committing. There is also no public API or webhooks yet for connecting to an HR or existing learning system, and no one-click migration from another LMS; import of existing course content is assisted rather than fully self-serve. Native iOS and Android apps are not available yet either, so employees use the web app in a desktop or mobile browser. See /trust/ for the complete, current list of what is not yet supported.
Set up a branded workspace at /onboarding, no code required, and connect a custom domain when you are ready. See /pricing/ for current plans; email support is available at hello@classory.app, with priority email support on the Pro and Academy plans.
Can we run a cohort of employees through a training programme together? Yes, through cohort and weekly-drip batches, with enrolment caps and completion tracking for reporting back to the team.
Is there a coding environment for a technical upskilling track? Yes, CodeLoop: an in-browser coding IDE with autograded problems and projects, a practice library, and placement-readiness tracking, with no local install needed.
Does Classory support single sign-on for employee logins? Not yet. SSO is on the not-yet list; see /trust/ for the current status.
Can we connect Classory to our existing HR or learning systems? Not yet through a public API; that is on the not-yet list. Student and course import from another system is assisted rather than fully self-serve. Start at /onboarding or see /pricing/ for plan details.
