Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Classory. By creating a workspace you agree to them. They’re written to be readable — the goal is a fair, predictable relationship.

Your account

You’re responsible for your workspace, your members and keeping credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Classory to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or abuse the platform’s capacity. We may suspend workspaces that put the service or other tenants at risk.

Your content

You own your content. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and deliver it to your learners. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed per cycle. Metered usage (AI, video, storage) is billed via your wallet. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime; cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We work hard to keep Classory up and fast, but the service is provided “as is”. Planned maintenance and incidents are communicated on the Status page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior twelve months. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
