Clay, your AI teaching assistant, runs on credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and different models cost different amounts of credits per request. If you run low, you can top up at any time — unused included credits reset each cycle.

Yes. Bulk-invite students by CSV or share a single join link, and import existing course content into Drive and your courses. For Academy plans we'll help with a guided migration so nobody loses their progress.

Always. There are no lock-in contracts — cancel from your settings in one click and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your data stays exportable.
