How do I reset a student’s password?
Workspace admins can trigger a reset from the member’s profile in Settings → People.
Where do I see my invoices?
Billing → Invoices in your workspace. They’re also emailed at each cycle.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes — bulk-invite by CSV and import content into Drive. Academy plans include guided migration.
How do AI credits get billed?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance; usage beyond it is topped up via your wallet.
